Nansei Okanokami ~ God Hills (南西 丘の神 〜 God Hills, lit. Gods of the Hill from the Southwest) is the 2.5th official project in Nansei. The project was originally released as a Touhou fan-project. The first track of the album was released on December 25th, 2011. It has since been removed from Youtube, but there is a download of the OST available.
It has a remake called Forgotten History.

- God Hills is one of the most obscure projects in Nansei alongside One Thousand Joy.
- It is the only project that has no cover of any sort, not even a remastered one in Unknown Traveling East's style.
- Interestingly enough, the character art has much better quality than the projects before and after it (at least till the UTE reboot).

- It seems to be similar to Border of Heaven & Destructive Force Monster, yet it doesn't show any playable characters, has no written story/dialogue or even opening theme. The cast of characters is also pretty specific. While the mentioned previously two projects used characters from various project, God Hills uses 2 characters only from Toxic Difficulty and none from Performance of Rain.
- It is only obscure spin-off project to get a sequel/remake, Hills of the Gods and Mountain of Gods.
- Also, instead introducing only one new character like every other Nansei spin-off, it introduced two new characters, Kaoru Fumetsu and Fujin Kaze, similar to its sequel.
